ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

We're committed to making our shows accessible to everyone. While we always aim to use fully accessible venues, this isn't always possible.

  1. If you need accessibility accommodations:
    Purchase your ticket first through the normal booking process

  2. Complete our Accessible Application Form to request:

    • Personal Assistant (PA) or Companion ticket

    • Accessible facilities (platform, toilets, parking, etc.)

Important

Please don't purchase a PA/Companion ticket yourself. Where possible, we'll arrange this for you at no cost once we've received your form. We may ask for supporting documentation to process your request, and will confirm what we can provide for each specific show.
